Our Story
When G.A. McDonald first opened his doors on Vallejo Street in 1898, Napa was still a quiet agricultural town. What began as a simple café for farmers and travelers has grown into something far more enduring: a gathering place where stories are shared over excellent coffee, where friends reunite over carefully crafted cocktails, and where every guest is treated like family.
Today, the fourth generation of the McDonald family continues that legacy. We source our coffee from sustainable farms, our wine from neighboring vineyards, and our ingredients from local producers who share our commitment to quality.
